General membership is extended to all long-term students of ROYTEC (i.e courses of six months or longer) for the duration of their programmes\courses and all staff members of RBTT Bank Ltd.

Borrowing Privileges

	A Library Member may have a maximum of two (2) items out on his/her name at any one time;
	A Library Member may borrow monographs (i.e. published books), journals, magazines, and selected video and audio cassettes;
	The duration of the loan depends on the item.
	No one is allowed use of the Library in the absence of authorised Library Staff.
	Before any material may be taken out of the Library, the registered Library User must complete a Loan Form for each item borrowed.
	The Library User agrees to take due care of all Library material and will report any damage or loss of same to the Librarian. The Library will view any defacement of Library material as a breach of this agreement e.g. writing in or using a highlighter in library books; tearing or ripping pages.

The duration of the loan depends on the item:

1.	Books from the General Collection (i.e. with only a White Spine Label)	21 days
2.	Books from the Reserved Collection (i.e. with a Red sticker on the Spine Label)	7 days
3.	Books with Red and Green stickers on the Spine Label	2 days
4.	Any book with a Yellow sticker on the Spine Label may not be borrowed (These are either Not-for-Loan books or Reference books)	0 days
5.	Journals, Magazines, Newsletters and other Periodicals	7 days
6.	Academic Student videocassettes (e.g. Psychology 1-26)	7 days
7.	Copies of Audiocassettes (e.g. Spanish or French Language cassettes) (We refrain from lending original audiovisual material)	7 days
8.	Student projects	2 days
